Guests from Universities Meet at Iftar Dinner

PI (Formerly known as ACDC) held one of its amazing both iftar and Eid Festival Dinner at Its Wanchai Office.  Scholars, associate members, stuffs, slumni’s and more guests from Hong Kong University gathered and had amazing both Iftar and Eid Festival dinner together.

The night started in very wonderful cheering jokes. The Guest was dying laughing after some joke by our PR Manager Yusuf Ruslanov . While this special guests smiling and laughing, Mr Ruslanov welcomed everyone and introduced each guests to the other. Afterwards the guests were served with special cooked lentil soap and a traditional Turkish Food “Ali nazik” fallowed by soup to their special tasters.

While members of Hong Kong University are enjoying this different cuisine, mr. Alper had a presentation about what is Ramadan and is that just about abstaining from drinking and eating or Ramadan have much more mean. After this short presentation, 17 min video about Peace Builder and Gulen Movement showed to the guests. And a video about the organizations of PI fallowed this video.

Afterward Mr. Ruslanov explained some special point from these videos like such as; “is there any relation between Islam and Terrorism? Or what we can do to bring more peace and have coexistence in Hong Kong and to the world etc.”  Therefore one of retired and older guests required to explain what he is thinking about the night and videos. In his speech Mr. Jhon Kwok emphasized the importance of mutual understanding and coexistence.” He also said that “Neither islam can be a terrorist religion, nor other religion. Because we believe that every creature created by only one God. And God never tell us to kill” in his last word Mr. Jhon Kwok told how much he learned from the presentations, sayings by members of PI and from environment of night. He gave a promise to be at ACDC one more time as an honored guest”

Other honored guest Ms. Francisca S.W. Kwok who was from Senior Programme Manager of Hong Kong University and also mother of twins at the night shared his feelings after he watched the organization which held at all other Universities except Hong Kong University as like “ Hong Kong University and I am welcoming you to have organization at our University at any time.”

The night ended with thanking to each other, presenting the “Tooth Rent” gift, taking photos and planning some further organization at Hong Kong University and our Institute.
