Buddhist-Islamic Friendship: Embracing Tolerance

DETAILS

Dear Friends of Pearl Institute (Formerly known as Anatolia Cultural and Dialogue Centre ) and Buddhistdoor International (BDI). We are excited to announce a publishing about the Buddhist-Islamic Friendship at BDI Magazine on October 31, 2014.

It is a fact that there are some hands whom dreaming to light a fire upon religious harmony among different faiths and believes. There are people who seek to separate us and want to destroy the friendship among us.

There are also others who have endless efforts to build new bridges between societies and faiths despite those destructions.

Both BDI and PI are the centres that they are always moving forward to build strong friendship among all.

We are quite thankful to Mr. Ruslan Yusupov, Phd at Anthropology Department-CUHK, to write such an encouraging article about the friendship of Buddhism and Islam.

We are sincerely thank to BDI for their efforts for the friendship of Islam and Buddhism so far.

We believe that ‘the winds of the butterfly wings’ will blow everywhere and will spread the peace in the world.
